All the artists exhibiting in this web site are authors and owners of the works shown and have individual agreements with SilosGallery by which they grant SilosGallery the right to exhibit and sell their paintings on their behalf.

THE PRICES
The painting prices are established in Euros, approximate US$ value is given only for reference. The price of the painting includes both, the Artist and SilosGallery's wages, but does not include, shipping cost, customs fares or any other taxes or duties that could apply in the country of destination. Shipping costs and Spanish VAT are added to the painting price and are included in the Ole Art invoice...
However in some countries there could exist other charges that are due upon import or receipt of the goods. These charges, not included by Ole Art, are the responsibility of the customer. The customer will be charged in Euros.
Payment is by one of the following ways:
- Bank Transfer to SilosGallery's bank account, specified in your bill
- Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa and 4b, American Express)*. *For your protection and security all orders are processed by our Bank Secure Server to ensure the confidentiality of your credit card data (number and expiration date).
HOW TO ORDER
To order a picture you must first send us an e-mail to
mail@silosgallery.com or simply fill out our order form. Please specify if you want to buy directly or need some more information about the piece of art or the artist...
Please add the following information:
- Name of the artist
- Exact number of the artwork
- And technique (oil on canvas, watercolours, composition... always when one artist works various techniques).
- Your e-mail
Once you are satisfied with your selection of your paintings/sculptures etc. you click the "send form" bottom.
This allows you to register with SilosGallery if you have not registered before (you can register on our client-list whenever you want by pressing the "Silo's Friends" bottom in the main menu).
When all the data are correct and the availability of the artwork guaranteed, SilosGallery will contact you in within the next 48 hours, sending a detailed bill of your purchase order. We specify clearly the different modalities of payment, the calculation of the additional costs that will be charged by SilosGallery which are Shipping costs and the applicable Spanish VAT only for shipments within the European Union Countries.
You can continue the process by accepting payment either by reimbursement or process credit card or bank transfer payment.
Now we need to have the full destination address where you want the pictures/sculptures to be shipped, your telephone or/and e-mail.
When the transaction is done, then SilosGallery will send the invoice to your E-Mail address and the transport process beguins. The artwork that had been sold to you will be marked automatically with a red point beside the miniature view on the website.
TRANSPORT
Due to special vigilance by the Spanish Authorities on art exportation, shipping out of the European Community could require up to a week to get the appropriate paperwork, once completed you will receive confirmation that your purchase has been shipped. A DHL code will allow you to access the DHL site and find updated information about the status of the shipment.
Transport time varies pending on destination and customs clearance paperwork.
RETURN POLICY
We try our best to achieve maximum similarity between the images shown and the real picture. However if for any reason you are disappointed with the real paintings or sculptures, you have the right to return them to us within seven days from the moment you receive your purchase. You are responsible for repackaging and returning transport, including full coverage insurance. When the artworks arrive in good condition to SilosGallery you will get a refund for the total amount of your order, as shown in the invoice.
