LOW SEASON:

Price list for a single night stay for up to two people:
(costs for aditional persons as mentioned above)

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

deposit:..................... 2 nights (one night in winter, two nights per week or fraction of any week booked in high season),
to be payed by credit card or bank transfer.

animals:............... no

smoking:................... permited in the rooms, the roof garden and the courtyard.

cancelling:
We give money back, when cancellation is done at least 25 days before arrival. In this case we only charge 30 euros administration fee.
If cancellation is done between 25 to 17 days before arrival, we give back the amount for the second night of the deposit, minus 30 euros for administration costs.
If cancellation enters with less than 17 days of advance, we do not return any money, but you can cancel the lost nights for alternative dates; (those dates may not include high season or weekends from June to September).
